Scottie-GNZ Posted February 3, 2002 Share Posted February 3, 2002 I assume you are referring to the difference between the 86-87 intercooled GN and the 85 and earlier. The basic engine is the same, but the prmary difference is that the early ones are referred to as "Hot Airs", meaning they are not intercooled.
