Guest Anonymous Posted January 4, 2001 Share Posted January 4, 2001 ok guys, what is the weak point on the L28T motor? and what is the biggest restriction in the exhaust, the down pipe or the exhaust manifold? i'm thinking it would be easier to change out the down pipe or exhaust manifold while i'm building up the car instead of afterwards when everything is already together. sorry for all of th questions when i don't even have a running Z, but i always ask a lot of questions so i don't make the stupid or costly mistakes. i had to research for 9 months before i swaped the throttle body injection out for muti port fuel injection on my Cavalier. but when it was all said and done, i only spent $150 and i got just over a 20hp gain!
