Guest Anonymous
Just bought HKS SSBOV (1421-SA001) to mount on stock intake pipe between turbo and throttle body on my 84AE 300zx Turbo. Now I need the STEEL mounting flange so I can cut a hole in the intake pipe, weld on the flange, and then snap the BOV into the flange. HKS makes a 50mm flange and a 65mm flange. I measure the bottom lip on the BOV and it came right around 53mm or 54mm. Which flange do I need? or how can I find out? What is the difference between the two flanges? Is the hole that the BOV snaps into the same on both of them and the only difference is what size hole you cut? Which one do I need? Any help is appreciated... Thanks in advance. z
Drax240z
I would strongly suggest that you contact HKS, since they sold you the product they should be able to tell you. Out of curiosity, how much are those things running? I am still looking for a quality BOV... ------------------ "Nothing is fool proof to a sufficiently talented fool."
