scottyMIz
Guys i was thinking if the compression level is low enough then extra boost with out detonation is possible right?Well i was thinking either i've been really lucky or the low compression on my engine is what has allowed me to not touch the timing at all with 18psi of boost.I checked the compression yesterday and it came even across the cylinders but it is low like 90 psi on all of them.It does need an oil change bad.The last time i did a compression check i did one before an oil change and then after to see the results and came up with at least a 10 psi increase on all cylinders.I was just thinking cuz when i get the new turbo this winter and the engine will be rebuilt after break in will i have to adjust the timing?
