Guest jt240z
I just picked up an 82 L28ET (with wiring harness, AFM, sensors, injectors, turbo, alternator, down pipe, AC compressor, air filter box and ECU) for the whopping sum of $145.00 with core and tax included. Now it's time to begin the process of tracking down the critical wires in order to splice the engine into my 240. Here is my question. After removing the fuel injection wiring harness I find three connectors that must be terminated. One connector has 8 prongs with 8 wires and is routed to the main harness. Wire colors are: Y GL B YW Y B SHIELD YW A second 6prong connector has 5 wires: LR G W Y BW A third 3 prong has two wires: G BR I've identified that the last 3 prong connector wires (1 green and 1 brown) go to +12V. Does anyone have a list of critical wires in the first two connectors and which signals go where? Thanks for any help .
