So Cal Shop to build an L28 bottom end?

Looking for a shop/mechanic to build a bulletproof bottom end for my 240Z for time trials and canyon carving. The goal is a dyno reading of 185 HP to the wheels running 91 octane with a compression ratio of 10:1 using my current triple Mikuni 44s from my L24. Head work to be done by a different shop unless your recommendation has built you an engine that can run at 100% for 30 minutes on So Cal high dessert tracks. Thanks!
