Eh, you got me interested so I emailed him for the pics of the setup they will be selling. WAY to rich for my blood, but I bet a friend and I can build a similar system for a Z that will be just a bit cheaper by several thousand. I always like to look though. icon_biggrin.gif Thanks for the link!!

Ya, I've been following that thread for a while now! icon_smile.gif

A person could fabricate turbo system for a Z car for a lot less than that though. The 4th gen fbods are pretty tight in the engine bay.

I've got a 94 Z28 M6. I've been threatening the wife that when she gets a new car(Tahoe), I am going to yank the motor and trans from the Z28 for a Zcar project. Sell the rest of the car rolling, no motor or trans. She's not biting yet though. Hmmm... Maybe some flowers and dinner?

I agree that the twin turbo would be much easier for the Zcar than for the gen4 f-body. I'm a metal fabricater by trade and would like to do this at some point, but I cannot afford the turbos. I think this system gets some T4's as standard equipment. They are about $600 each, and I think thats a lowball price, probably more icon_rolleyes.gif . T3's practically fall out of trees everywhere you look, but they are too small IMO for a 350+ cube engine. Two T3s on a 5.0 ford is a better match. Well for now, I'll just keep plugging along on the chassis work and worry about the engine when that time comes. My options are very open, from LT1 to Northstar to 600hp 351W ford. I have no brand loyalties ugg.gif
