Guest jt240z
Looking for comments on the ease of installation, flexibility, ease of tuning, dependability and how well the engine runs using the E6K. I'm not looking for comments on what other systems I should be looking at. I'm getting an E6K for a great price, and I just want to know what some other peoples experiences are. The system I'm getting is new and contains: . E6K with flying lead kit . Connector termination kit . 3-BAR Map sensor . Triple ECU Dwell Igniter . Six Pack 12 Volt Coil The whole system is coming from Australia for less then $1000 with shipping included. The system will be used on a newly rebuilt L28ET with: . T3/T4 turbo .60ar commpressor/.48 exhaust . 60mm 240sx throttle body . 486 cc Bosch injectors (MB 450SL V8) . Skyline GT-R intercooler w/2.25" piping . Custom fuel rail with AEM adjustable Reg. . Walbro 255 l/hr HP pump . Scottie 2.5" SS down pipe . 1st Gen Eclipse BOV . No EGR . K/N cold air intake Let me know if you see any faults with this setup that I should improve on. Thanks for the help guys.

scottyMIz
ok sounds good except for the a/r on the exhaust side of the turbo. The stock one is like .63 a/r and is it a t4e or a t4b?I bought a t4e /t3 hybrid off the net and i had to change the exhaust side on it and it works great.I'd suggest doing that if you still have the old turbo. Guest jt240z
Sorry. The exhaust side is from the stock 82 280ZX turbo. I thought that the exhaust AR was .48. My mistake. The turbo was rebuilt using the stock T3 exhaust, and the T4 compresssor side was added. The compressor is a T04B not the E. I decided on the B because I didn't want any interference problems. My intent is to run 15 to 18 psi boost. Where I live I can still get 93 octane gas. The car is intended to be used for lapping day events and just plain fun. On lapping days I may run 110 octane and bump the boost to 20psi. That's one of the reasons I decided to go after market EFI.
