Guest Anonymous
Hey all, what's up...I just bought a 78 280Z and I was wondering who sells the velorossa spyder kits for them anymore. Are they still available or will I just have to try and find someone who's willing to give up a spare kit? If they still sell them where can I purchase one at? Any info you have would be helpful...thanks
Dan Juday
Sorry Oz, They are NLA. They may be produced in the future if things work out. The molds are currently in the hands of the non-owner and the owner doesn't want the business anymore. Do a search in this forum for John Washington to learn more. If you monitor this site you will be one of the first to know if, and when, they become available again. BTW, welcome to Hybrid.
John Washington
I have a couple of old customers who have asked me to broker their unmounted kits. How serious is your interest? John
boatbum
Oz, Go for it and get the kit. I am building a VR now and am continually impressed with it every day I am working on it. I have never done car work before and am about 70-80 hours into it. so far everything is going smooth. Good luck and give John a call. Guest Anonymous
Hey John, I'm very interested in it. The VR spyder kit is the only one I considered purchasing because I'm looking for a convertible style and I like the fact that the vr kit has a bonnet as opposed to a regular hood. Just let me know what I have to do to get my hands on a kit! Thanks for all your replies!!
