Guest Anonymous Posted April 1, 2003 Share Posted April 1, 2003 DAMN!!! i went to Highschool in Portland. Yeah the school budget has been a BIG deal there since i was in middle school. We always had to put up with cost cutting BS. I'm glad I dont have to deal with it anymore. I think education should be the last thing that should be cut.
