Ruben
Can someone that has a JTR lower radiator bracket be willing to measure their bracket. I need to know the total width of the bracket and the distance between the top of the side flanges and the bottom of the bracket. Would like to see if I can use the JTR bracket with my new aluminum radiator. Thanks, Ruben '72 240Z
Guest RisqueRace?
Hi Rueben, I just put my JTR radiator support in. I'll give you some measures, but I am not completly clear on what you are asking. Here goes I'll start with the big dimensions and go to small. overall width including mount flanges 28 7/8 width of internal dimension where rad sits 26 3/16 total height including support tube 2 3/8 (od) depth of saddle where rad sits 1 3/4 center measures of header flange saddle braces from one side ( these are offset cause of one tank being bigger than the other for automatic trans cooler applications) 3 1/4 and 2ft 1/2 width of the header flange saddle braces (id) 3 1/4 Hope this helps, It works perfect for my custom Al radiator Bruce

Dan Juday
Ruben, be sure you measure the height of your radiator first. I used the Camaro/V6 Van radiator (the one JTR says to use) and the JTR bracket located my rad 3/8" too high. It hit the hood! Just a heads up. Also, remember to measure with the cap ON. Mine actually cleared the hood without the cap.
Ruben
Thanks Dan, I almost forgot about the radiator cap in my measurements. Ruben '72 240Z
