Guest tt350
Ok, heres the throw down, I have a 240z (72), and its missing a lot fo interior parts. I need the center console, most of the interior panels, and some other stuff. Do you have em? Does anyone make custom 240z interiors? Oh ya, my dash is cracked so bad (i think its about a 2 inch wide crack, right under the middle gauges) I was wonderin if a dash cap (full) from MSA will be able to cover/hold the dash together, without bulges. Thanks guys.
Guest Zachb55
ive got a good bit of red paneling and stuff if you want it, need to keep my console though... and i think imma hold on to my door parts, but besides that if you wanted red stuff you could have it for shipping price. -Zach
Guest Zachb55
yeah, its been a while since ive looked at them... i was going to make custom panels where the plastic ones went, and most of the vinyl wont make it's way back in there... still if your interested let me know ill go take a peek for you when i can -Zach
Guest tt350
Defintely intrested. Ill make a list of exactly the parts I need, and Ill get back. So are you making these custom panels yourself, or are they sold somewhere? I just want the Z to have a pretty much stock interior (i think its one of the nicest interiors i have seen). One big problem I have right now is figuring out the wiring mess. Anyone know if it pretty easy to work on Z wiring? Thanks for the input. Guest Zachb55
yeah its easy to work on the wiring when you compare it to a newer car, but im not electronics genius so when i gett o the little bit of rewiring that imma do i will probly even be struggling, just make sure that before you take any wires apart that you take pics, ill go look and see what i have and we can compare lists. for those custom parts, well for now because of money problems imma just use some good ole air, lol, but i do plan on eventually using some ABS plastic and forming my own pieces. come to think of it i might need those stock pieces after all, ill think about it, if you got a bit of money and some time you could probly pretty easily go the same route as i plan... i forget where the plastic is bought from, some aircraft parts company (a little help guys?? ) -Zach
