Guest Simon
Need Info!! here is some pictures of my VG30DET http://www.wn.com.au/simona/pictures.html Need some help with what I think is the variable valve timing, There are some pictures of a solenoid or something connecting to the intake cam at the back of the motor (one on each head) I do not know what it is And how does the VVT work How do you run it
Guest Simon
im having a guess here: the VVT is controlled by the solenoid at the end or the cam which pushes in a valve. The valve allows oil pressure to cam gear and rotates the cam, Its just a guess..
Guest Simon
Valve Timing Control (VTC) Solenoid Valve One valves is installed on one cylinder head (two valves total). This valve takes a signal from the ECM and controls oil pressure to the VTC sprockets. This then regulates the position of the intake camshafts. just somthing i found - its on a VE30DE, similar to the VG30DE
