Ceramic Coatings on my turbo and manifold

I've been trying to reduce some of my under hood temperatures on the turbo 240Z. The temperature is getting high and it's effecting my water temperature at idle. I don't want to change my hood to the vented hood if I don't have to.

I was wondering about getting my exhaust manifold, downpipe and turbine housing ceramic coated. I know some of you have had this done, and I would just like to know how well the process worked out? I have a local (Atlanta) shop that does Ceramic and Powder coatings. They say they can do the exhaust manifold for $85 and the turbo's turbine housing for $50 in a polished ceramic coated finish. Are there any "Gotchyas" that I need to look out for? How much of the turbo should I get coated? I was thinking of only getting the turbine side done. Any input will be greatly appreciated.
