jgkurz
From feedback I read on a previous post I've decided to try NGK heat range "7" sparkplugs. Does anyone have experience using NGK's Iridium plugs? I was considering the platinum BPR7EVX-11 until I saw the Iridium's. Thoughts? tickwon
I like them and they've done very well with my car. I own an '81 280ZX turbo. By the way, where did you get the "hot" (7) plug from? Just curious...when I order from summit or alamomotorsports they send me the "standard" (6). I guess I have to ask for them. Running a "hot" plug is good for high boost. jgkurz
tickwon, The NGK BPR7ES-11 is a colder plug than the BPR6ES-11. I have always been told that a high boost Z will like colder plugs not hotter. As for ordering, I assume I could just special order from my local car parts store. Thanks for the feedback on the Iridium's. Anyone else?
