Fuel lines size/ turbo swap help!

You can't use the stock return line because it doesn't flow enough. You'll end up with an overly rich condition at idle and cruse. What is most often done, is to use the stock inlet line as the return line and run a new 3/8" inlet line.

Have you thought of what you're going to do at the gas tank end? Any carbed gas tank (240Z,260Z) doesn't have the baffling for hard turns if you're using EFI. Once the gas level drops below 1/4 tank you'll have fuel starvation problems when cornering hard.
