Guest Phil1934
I finally got around to finishing checking. At the rear I put two 1/4" spacers and there is almost enough room to put a pencil between the tire and spring cup with 225/60's. I'll grind almost 1/8" off the cup to get it even with the spring for 235's. If I need a little more I've got some .080" alum. sheet. Up front two spacers still left the tire firmly against the cup so it would take 3-1/4" spacers to run a 60 series but since there is about 1/4" clearance to the wheel I'll run two with a 215 or whatever size 70 series matches a 235/60 in overall height since 3/4" and a 60 series will push it out too far for my tastes. These wheels have a recess for the washer and another for the bottom of the lug nut. I had hoped to drill that out and run long shank lug nuts to avoid getting longer studs, but my long shank nuts were only 1/8" longer than the Nissan nuts. Since NAPA studs are only 1/4" longer? I need to know length and where to get Nissan competition studs.
