ok my friends, im not too happy at the moment because more things are going wrong every minute, but im sure they'll start looking up sooner or later, but seeing as how the parents are selling the car i drive to school and i'll be on a bus if i dont get mine done, im under a tiny bit of pressure. I just got a big order of parts in from Victoria British and i ordered the wrong inner shift boot, that i know was my bad. The other thing i ordered, which i know i got the right part #, was a rebuild kit for my Clutch master cylinder. a couple of the parts, the main one being the spring/plunger thing that goes in the cylinder are way different then what i took out. so right now im thinking maybe i have a CMC from a different year??? the thing i noticed about the replacement part is the plunger doesnt have a slot for the long srew to go up into from the underside of the CMC unit. now you tell me, is there a screw on the underside of your 1972 CMC? cause if there isnt then does anyone have a year that does cause i need these parts fast!!! i need to get on the road! thanks for any help you can offer.
