Guest Iceickle Posted October 3, 2003 Share Posted October 3, 2003 There is a gap about 1/4 of an inch at the back of my drivers side window in my 260Z... I can pull the window back and it seems to fit, but it eventually falls forward. I have no idea about the window mechanism, there isnt much room to work in the door (installing my new door handle was interesting heheh) so im asking if anyone has some experience as to why my window will not sit in the door properly (when the window is all the way up). VRJoe Posted October 3, 2003 Share Posted October 3, 2003 You're going to have to pull the door panel off and take a look at the whole assembly. It might have a worn roller or just need re-adjusting. Grab a manual and take a look at the window regulator. It's a pretty simple setup, it might be the coil spring it shot.
