Guest 4.3L 280z
I'm gonna be doing a swap in my 75 280z and I was going to just use the jtr conversion but found out that the back two cylinders are cut off instead of the first two and the engine and transmission would be a little farther. I've read that on yours you set it farther back. I'm on a budget and was wondering if the jtr conversion is a lot easier and cheaper than what you did. I searched but couldn't find a lot of info on your swap.

ToplessZ
4.3's arent all bad. You shoulda seen the 4.3 turbo charged 69 camaro I just saw at a car show this weekend. It was running 11.5's in pretty much street trim. Not to bad for a car thats gonna be 1000 lbs heavier than a 240.
