cv halfshaft/swaybar clearance

I was finally able to get my r200 and cv halfshafts installed in my '72 240. Only had a couple of minor problems that I was able to work through until it came to connecting the swaybar. The left side (drivers) has only a few thousands of a inch clearance and the right side has no clearance at all. Right now the car is on jack stands (if that makes any difference).

Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

battg8r,

This has been talked about before. Next time, use the little search button up top and see if you can find an answer before posting your question please. Just with a quick search, I came up with these:

http://www.hybridz.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=25953&highlight=half+shafts+swaybar

http://www.hybridz.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=24291&highlight=cv+boots

Read those, it should help you out
