What 17"/18" wheels are readily availble for 83 28

Query as above...I don't want spacers or having to widen fenders/shock mods. IS there anything out there ready to be had (other than me)? Most retailers throw up their hands or try to sell me lightweight, i.e racing wheels in 16 tops, and this is for spring/summer/fall street use, wanting little speedo error once tires are on (what sizes work?)and no "custom wheels"..but tell me who sells custom already made, other than Centerline?
