Aluminum driveshaft options

I am getting into an aluminum driveshaft from a late model Mustang to shorten for the Hybrid. It has a torsional dampener on the yoke from the factory and uses Spicer 1310 size joints. 28 spline. If this works ok, it might be a good option for Tremec and Ford T-5 trans guys. Ford Motorsport has them for $125.00 new. Hoping the dampener helps cancell some vibration, and of course really light weight.

Late model Camaros and Firebirds sometimes have aluminum shafts, so you T-56 guys should have options there. C-4 Corvettes also have the aluminum shafts with dampeners, check the spline count, I think they are different for manual (T-10 type spline) and automatics.
