LT-1 Timing

I just got my 78 running with the 1995 LT1.

Feels Good.

Question:

My engine is stock with the exception of the K&N air filter, hooker block hugger headers,

and dual exhaust with two mini turbo mufflers.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where my timing should be? I have LT1-EDIT so I

can make changes in the computer but I was hoping to hear some feedback on what others

have done.

Thanks,

Craig

Craig,

if you have edit allready, kick the timing up till you get pinging in the motor and then retard it just until it stops. other than that, gutt the MAF, do a TB bypass and start saving for heads/Cam... ;D
