Guest polarity
Just a quick story and some proof that if you don't know what you are talking about, you shouldn't argue about it with the person who does and can screw you over. At a Best Buy where I live a gentleman came in looking at stereo equipment for his car. After picking out MANY items and having the person working that department get all the items off the shelves and ready to be installed said "you are still running the free install right" they were not. Instead of asking for a break on the install or being nice about it the guy starts complaining and saying he won't buy it unless they will install it for free (he was talking about the labor charge just so you know). So my friend goes and gets his department manager. The department manager decides not to lose this mans business and gives him the free install. (savings of around $50). HOWEVER, the man ended up paying for around $175 worth of "spare" parts that either were not 100% needed or would have normally been thrown in at no real cost. The funniest part is that he got all this stuff and two of the things he got were Speaker Savers (little things that go on the wires to you panel speakers to lower the amount of bass to keep them from blowing, then they added in a set of speaker saver savers. Normally I don't like to hear about people getting ripped off but this guy just had it comming.
