Guest dvlax28 Posted January 10, 2004 Share Posted January 10, 2004 quick question...getting a 5-speed out of a 82 280zx and putting it in my 73 240z instead of the 4-speed. i heard it should fit, but i might need a mustache bar out of a 280z first. im also putting in the r200 differential so i am probably going to take the whole drive train just to be safe. any advice or concerns about if it will fit and what i have to do since its a 280zx not a 280z and if that makes a difference if the driveshafts are the same length, same bolt pattern to the engine, etc. thanks jason Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
