I picked up a pair of Z32 rear rotors for my Z, now looking for brackets...

Would any of the caliper various Maxima brackets work with this vented rotor?

Current caliper choices are vented Z31, or ??

Thanks,

I just put a set of these on the back of my Z also. I'm going to be using the 2 piston calipers from the Z32 as well. I'm not sure if the Maxima brackets will work, as the Z32 rotor has quite a bit of offset and will put the rotor further inboard than a Z31 rotor would be. I'll post some pics to show what i'm talking about.

I know that I may have to utilize some sort of adapter to accommodate the slightly taller rotor...

I am just hoping that either the maxima or an aftermarket bracket will get me close.

After I re-drilled mine for 4x4.5, I was able to slide them on without any other modifications.

The center-diameter may vary with different rotor manufactures?

nice pics....thanks,

When the HybridZ search/history was working, I remember seeing an early Zcar z32 rear conversion posted by mike (SCCA).

I was pleased to find out that Mike does indeed have an early Z rear w/z32 calipers and rotors.

Unfortunately, he did not have any info on my plan to utilize z31 vented calipers w/z32 rotors...

Since you are planning the same setup, you might want to give Mike a call?
