Guest smoov280zx
On the way home tonight i raced a 240sx, looked about like a 94-95 to me, that style anyway, but the headlights weren't quite as angular as the last years they were made here. Anyway, it had a 3-3.5 inch muffler and a couple of stickers on it. My question is, we went from about 50 in 3rd gear in my car, and we were dead even with me pulling away slightly, he quit about 70, but I was a little surprised. I have a stock motored N/A 83 5spd, with a 2.25 pipe back to a straight thru magnaflow(no cat) and an 81 dizzy without the computer "interference", advanced a good bit more than stock. Is it normal for my car to be a little faster than his? I figured being 13+ years newer it would leave me pretty easy. Is this just a fluke?
