I cant remember who was contemplating the swap or who wanted the infor, but... Its about 25 in oil pan to top of motor, 20inches from intake to exhasut wide.... I didnt count the AFM, which is mounted on the side of the motor for some odd reason.... and its 30inches long, roughly..... I hope this helps someone out there, lol!
