Guest qwikrex Posted March 9, 2004 Share Posted March 9, 2004 This has got to be the one of those age old dilemas. Should I do an auto, or a 6spd? Maybe some of you who've done the swap could answer these questions? Which tranny did you choose? Why did you choose it? How happy are you with your decision? Have you switched once you drove the car for a while? Any regrets with the tranny you choose? Personally, I really think the Auto is going to be my best bet. The car is going to be like 99% street driven, and maybe MAYBE taken to the track for some fun weekends now and again. Plus, I'd like for it to be something my wife can feel "comfortable" driving. On the other hand, I feel like I'm cheating myself out of a lot of "driving excitement" by not getting a 6spd. Any thoughts? Thanks! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
