Guest Anonymous
Performer RPM are non emissions heads without an exhaust cross over passage for emissions equipment compatiabilty. There also maybe an avaialabilty problem in obtaining (an emissions 70 cc combustion chamber) performer head with a 64 cc combustion chamber and angled spark plugs due to emission laws. Guest greimann
The Performer heads have an exhaust heat cross over passage which makes them compatible with manifolds with EGR valves and heated plenums. They are also CARB approve which makes them legal in California. The Performer RPM heads are identical to the Performer heads, but without the heat cross over and the CARB certification. Guest 240ZDriver
In the Summit magazine, whats the difference between Edelbrock Performance heads and Edelbrock Performance RPM heads? They are both the same price ($934.95) Also, would these be an ok choice for a 350? Thanks
