I'm talking inside and out all the way from exhaust port to manifold, manifold to turbo, and turbo to cat (if you have one). I'm not sure exactly how much extra power it's worth, but it should make spoolup faster and bring underhood temps WAY down, in addition will greatly help emmisions as will keep cat nice and warm, will also speed up lightoff.
