Guest JAMIE T
For you guys who are re-wiring your entire car(Like I am, and many others have done), I found a cheap alternative to the Painless kit. I got it off ebay from seller called fatrodder. It's made by a company called "Street Rod Wiring". It's a compact 21 circuit kit. The wires are labeled just like the painless kit for easy installation and trouble shooting later on. It comes with an illustrated book called "How to Wire Your Streetrod" "From Start to Finish". I just received my kit. It's a little intimidating with all the wires bundled up in the package, but I think once the harness is stretched out, and I take it slow, it will turn out just fine. Do a search for the seller on eBay. He has a bunch of cool stuff for street rods which can carry over to our cars easily. The buy it now price on this harness was $129 in his eBay store. Guest bwestall
How did the Street Rod Wiring harness work out for you? I am about to take on a '78 ZV8 that has become impossible in the wiring circuits. Thanks
Guest JAMIE T
Gee, I've not even started that part of the project yet. It won't be too hard.
