Next, go to the Jags That Run website and buy the manual for the Chevy/Z-car swap. Read it three times. Then buy a Chevrolet that has an engine of the appropriate size and a clapped out body. There is all kinds of members practically giving their V8 cars away for what they have in them. Look for a converted one or one that is partially done. Guest Drewz Posted October 16, 2002 Share Posted October 16, 2002 If you want a cheap swap it involves you making a motor plate and figuring what brackets etc. you need from a wrecker to make it work.
