I'm getting close to starting my V8/T5 conversion, and have a few T5's to choose from, including a few running cars w/305's. First, I know the Camaro bellhousing tilts the tranny, but why? Does the shifter still come up straight? What are most of you doing, using the stock bellhousing or a Corvette unit? Seems like whatever the Camaro used would work ok.
