Guest 280ZXT83
Quick question. I put Brodix aluminum heads on my 350, but when I put on the "hugger" exhaust headers, I don't have room to screw in the #3 & #4 spark plugs. Anybody use this combo? Where'd you get your exhaust heads? I was really hoping to be able to run with all 8 plugs in....:-} PS. set of chrome hugger exhaust heads 4 sale. DavyZ
Just wondering if these are the angle plug or straight plug type There have been a number of guys running in to similar problems depending on the angle of the plugs and the brand of header they are using. With your current combo, do you think shorter spark plugs would help? Accel makes a short spark plug for tight applications and they are usually available at Kragens, Pep Boys, etc. HTH. Guest zfan
I believe accel makes a so called shorty spark plug for the hard to get to places. Mike
SpeedRacer
After market angle plug heads can cause a problem. I'd give Sanderson Headers http://www.sandersonheaders.com/enginetype/chvysb49eng.htm a call and see if they can help.
