Guest bayareazguy
will abs boosters be compatible with a non abs brake system? I am planning on using z32 booster and mc w/ Jsk wilwood fronts and 240sx rears.
Guest Thurem
The way an ABS system is set up. If the ABS fails the brakes still work like regular brakes. All the ABS brake systems I've seen the ABS unit is downstream from the mastercylinder. So a brake booster from an ABS equipped car should work. Judging from the question, you should take some time and educate yourself on how brake systems work before you start designing your own. I'm not trying to put you down, I just want you to be safe.
