Just to give a shout out to all of the cool folks here on HybridZ. :2thumbs: I've only been visiting this site for a short period of time and have already learned things I've been wanting to know about for years. I also have a Subaru and was trying to get help diagnosing a problem. Goldfish suggested a site for me to check. I appreciated the suggestion. Man, I can't believe the differences in these two sites:

Hybridz-1.Lots of friendly people with sense of humor and some who can take a joke as well. 2. Knowledgeable people as well as eager to learn people (such as myself) who can work together to make things happen. 3. People who really like the cars the forum is created for.

I got several responses on the first posts I made, way more than I expected. Some were helpful, some just to mix ideas. 8)

Now for the subaru website I wasted time registering on like two others I have already attempted-

:bonk: 1. Tons of people asking so many questions that new posts turn old very quickly. :?: 2. Not one reply in a couple of days. Not many views either.

Am I missing something? Maybe there are different rules of conduct on the three sub. sites I have tried. Is there some type of "hazing" you have to go through to get any collaboration? Oh, well. Maybe I'll trade the subaru for an F4i. It is a reliable car but no one seems to care much about them unless they are WRX's. I guess I'll just stick to the most excellent site I know. HYBRIDZ Rules! Thanks to all the friendly folks out there and have a good one!

Heh... you sound just like me in this thread I posted like a week ago:

Yeah... I've been all over the net and joined tons of forums for info on all kinds of stuff but never find anywhere near as great a group of people as I've found here at HybridZ

I recently bought a Sentra SE-R and had the same experience on a couple of SE-R forums... and have had better luck getting insight about my car here at Hybrid Z... even when it's not a Z. Whereas I've put posts up at several SE-R forums and really get lucky if I even get one reply.

Mods... any chance of making a "non Z, yet still mechanically tech related" area for all of us guys who have problems with our non Z cars? There's enough guys here who know enough in general about cars and it's been found time and again that we have a better chance of getting a good answer from Hybrid Z guys as opposed to just about any other forum on the net....
