jhaag
I haven't looked at the forum for over a week so I hope I'm not repeating something someone may already have posted. Check out the photo of this V8 nitrous powered 240Z. http://www.jps.net/zparts/sidebars/sb_fantasy/bo_v8_blue_l.htm ------------------ 1979 280ZX w/ 350 V8 and 700R4
jhaag
Eric Nyerlin is a pretty good photographer. A number of times people have thought his photos were too good to be true. He says the only thing he retouches is stuff around the photo (oil stains on the pavement, etc.) but never the photo itself unless he clearly indicates what's been done. He showed me a photo of this same car that he used Adobe Photoshop to play around on it. It looked nice but was pretty different--I prefer the real photo. I wish I had the talent to take such nice shots; I'm sure it takes tons of practice.

jhaag
Several people think the Z in the photo ( http://www.jps.net/zparts/sidebars/sb_fantasy/bo_v8_blue_l.htm )is mine. Unfortunately, it is not. I merely posted the photo for everyone's enjoyment. The caption says it is owned by Mark Owens and that is all I know about it. Eric Nyerlin took the photo and may have more details if you are interested. His email is zparts@jps.net and his web address is http://www.jps.net/zparts
Guest Anonymous
All, 2 weeks ago I showcased a photo of Mark Owen's radical powered "Red Head" 240Z on my website, but had no detailed spec sheet to share with all those that kept asking me for more information. Since then, Mark has sent in a rather detailed and amazing specification sheet on his car. I now have it posted on my site for all to review. After reading it, you may find that you have a new bar to measure your own effort by. If any of you have cars equal to or more radical than Marks, I would most like to hear from you. I love documenting these kind of projects. The original photo preview page and spec sheet link can be found at http://www.jps.net/zparts/sidebars/sb_mo_v8/bo_v8_blue_l.htm Feedback, Pro or Con, is welcome. I am sure Mark would like to know what others think of his effort so far. I still do not have performance times for this car. Hopefully he will have them to share when I photograph his car in the near future. Enjoy, Eric Neyerlin ------------------ Z PARTS - Used & New Online Parts Inventory at http://www.jps.net/zparts/selectzp.html
