axles bowed when trying to tow car what happened?

i have a 74 260z and i did the r200 rear conversion with the cvs from a 82zxt and when i hooked it up to tow it for my move the rear axles on both sides turned in and a little on the front what should i check first

Could you be more specific? Did your axles come off the companion flange or something? Have you driven the Z after you performed the R200/CV upgrade?

i have no engine in my car so no i have not driven it but i don't think it came off the companion flanges but what and where are those not to sound dumb and if you could describe exactly where those are is great thanks
