Proper oil pressure for SBC with OEM Datsun gauge

Hey guys, i am new to the forum, and have just bought a '71 240 with a JTR SBC conversion. All gauges were hoked up per the book, and the stock gauge reads out at at what i am guessing is 30psi (1/3 of the way up the 90psi stock gauge) i am wondering if anyone knows what is normal operating range. The engine is a 350 bored 30 over, with a Holley "systemax" kit for 425hp. (includes aluminum large valve heads, lunati performance cam, aluminum intake, and a 650 carb. it is approx 10:1 comp. A new Holley performance oil pump was added as well. rebuild is brand new with maybe 10 miles on it.

 

Any feedback on the psi range would help....
