Zerrari GTO Posted October 26, 2004 Share Posted October 26, 2004 I picked up a set of 87' L98 heads about 6 months ago to use on this project. I got them for $500 and they are in excellent shape (rebuilt, glass beaded, etc.) That was before I found this website and began reading the numerous horror stories of people trying to fit headers on angle plug heads in a Z (can't change plugs, steering shaft clearance issues, frame rail issues, blah, blah, blah). Now I just want to puke. Should I sell these heads and get some straight plug heads or go ahead with what I got (could use rams horn manifolds or Sanderson QP1000 cast series-35lbs and $480!).
