Guest 77vegasz
I have 350 HP at the flywheel and about 360 ft/lbs of torque. I run a Turbo 350 automatic. The car is very managable on the street, in fact, I am currently building a 475 HP 383 stroker to replace the 327 thats in now. The only thing I stress is what the JTR manual states, if you are going with an automatic, go with a 700r4 or 2004r overdrive. My car is screaming for one mor gear going down the highway at 80 mph at 3800 rpm. Jon
Pyro
Put in a cam with 245 degrees of duration at 0.050 and 3800 rpms will not seem so high.

randy 77zt
horsepower-kind of like sex-never enough.if you have alot you just have to be more carefull with the throttle.if the car is tuned well it will just idle around unless you want some action. speeder
horsepower-kind of like sex-never enough Assuming you're not overpowering your chassis, tires, and brakes, (and you can upgrade those things) you can't have enough horsepower. A turbo car can be a mild grocery getter off boost (restraining the right foot) and a monster with a poke at your boost controller.
