Guest zfan
My friend just gave me a Holley Street Dominator dual plain intake to try out on my 383 if I want. The problem is I have no idea if they are any good and what the ranges are. Since they are a discontinued item I did not know if they were actually old tech. and if some of the newer intakes were superior. If anyone has any info or has run one on their sbc I would appreciate any imput you can give me. Thanks Mike
Guest 77vegasz
I ran one for a while on my 327, I believe it was supposed to be good from idle to around 5600 rpm. It was a good street rpm range manifold. If you are setting up for drag racing or any other high rpm usage, I would pass over for a single plain like an Edlebrock Victor Jr. But once again, it depends on your cam and head combination.
