I can I delete my own post?

I started a thread that is going be a waste of space after thinking it over. How do I delete it? This one here http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=100532

 

Also how do I edit the title that appers in the main topic page?

Bottom right corner of your post, you will see an EDIT button. Click it and read the edit page.

I know how to edit but when I go to the edit page ther is no delete funtion. Wait let me be more clear how do I delete a THREAD? IOs that not a noption for the avg. joe?

That's wierd. When I hit the edit button, the first thing I see at the top of the page, is a box for deleting a message:

"To delete this message, check the appropriate option below and then click the 'Delete this Message' button."

 

Followed by some options for deletion of a message. If I scroll down a bit more, then I have my edit options. I thought everybodys would be the same?
