Putting a 87' volvo 760 fuel tank in my 240z, have 3 questions

It will fit, i have to cut a little off the spare tire well, plus the tank is plastic too, no rust!. My two questions are the following:

1. The inlet of the filler hose on the 240z is 2 1/2 inches. The volvo filler neck is 1 3/4, any idea of what i can buy locally that can handle gas on it, plus that can conevert from 2 1/2 to 1 3/4?. I have been shooting around the idea of those exhaust pipes that they sell at autozone, You know the ones that have 2 inch on one side and 1 1/2 on the other, i just dont know if they sell the size of what i need. And i dont know how well it will stand up to gas and if i should put soemthing on it, like a coating.

2.The volvo tank has one outlet for breathing. I need to look up the vacuum diagram for the volvo to see where this went. My 240z tank had like 4 or something lines that went to various vacuum, expansion tank etc. What should i hook this up to? Should i just hook it up to the filler hose since half way up the filler hose on the 240z is a fitting for a hose, i think it went to the expansion tank, havent looked.

3. Ok one more, is it possible to just plug that hose?, and have a pressurized tank? or is a pressurized tank a not so good idea.

My 240z has been converted to fuel injection and now uses an internal fuel pump from a 99 supercharged grand prix gtp. Luckily the volvo tank had a smaller feeder internal pump(10 psi

) which gave pressure to a larger external pump (55-65 psi) Unbeliveably the grand prix pump was the same size as the smaller feeder pump!, I had to switch tanks since around turns i had problems losing fuel pressure do to the baffling of the z tank. The volvo tank has great baffling though! Plus its only 2 inches taller on the passenger side where the largest part of the 240z tank was. Problem is, the spare tire well needs a section cut out to fit the other side of the volvo tank since the tank laying flat on the ground looks like a skateboard halfpipe ramp. If you understand that. Thanks!!!

Volvo tank on the right(largest height is 15 inches from top to bottom, z tank is 13 inches top to bottom. Lowest height of the volvo tank on the left is 10 inches, z tank is 5 1/2 inches-this is where i need to cut the spare tire well, Width are 16 inches of both tanks, and volvo tank is a tad bit shorter in length. Here is the filler head of the volvo tank

not a good picture right now though. The brass hose fitting at the top is for vac, not sure where to hook this up to, the internal gtp fuel pump fit perfectly where the stock feeder pump fit, also i left the stock fuel sending unit in the volvo and im going to use that for my fuel gauge!
