660Z Posted June 9, 2005 Share Posted June 9, 2005 I`m getting ready to make my 240z into basicly just a dragcar with driving to and from the track only. one of the projects I want to do is remove the brake booster and datsun M/C and replace it with a nova drum brake M/C. The main reason is I`m making a simple style fenderwell header and the datsun unit would be in the way ,not to mention the resivors are plastic. I`m thinking a nova drum M/C would work because I still have the stock calipers on front and the M/C is sized for wheel cylinders so the volume should be close. Has anyone put the M/C inside the car? Like the 55 chevy under the dash kit? just doing research for now. I ran a search and didn`t come up with info I was looking for.
