Guest iskone
I looked in my How to Modify book and didn't find any of these part numbers. I did however find pistons that looked the same and the A87 appers in some PN's. I got this stuff in unmarked boxes and have found L20 stuff befoe. I've have rods that say the following 4-1 A87-1 3-1 A87-2 4-1 A87-2 60-0 23040-1 60-0 23040-2 62-0 23040-1 63-0 23040-2 8-2 U60-1 (something like that, they are long) I have the 23040's with the first digits in the 50's and some other in the 60's I have pistons too but all I can find on them is the following ATSUGI 84 (six of these and they feel heavier than the others, and I just noticed they look exactly like the SSS L18 pistons in how to modify) ATSUGI 135, 153, 145, etc. (flat tops, 6) AMPCO 18 (these look like L20B psitons, I have 4 and they are on the 8-2 long rods) Can anyone point me to where I can the correct info or what I would need to compare measurements to. Thanks Isk
Guest iskone
What? Somebody has to have an idea. Are these babies just stockers? I'd take measurements but a roomie spilled beer on my mic. Isk
Guest iskone
I can't check the diam. since my mic. is broke but I'll be buying a new one soon. I think your right about the rods, from what I could dig up. Basiclly some measurments would go a long way. BTW: It looks like I'll be able to rebuild the 240 afterall as long as no bills come up that take up my cash. So far my plans are Black ZG's and some Konig Rewinds with one of Vince's CF tail panels and I'll replace the bent bumper with another black one. Been thinking about a CF hood too. I thik the CF hood would look good with the tail light panel and my blacked out trim and gun metal Rewinds. Hows the G-nose coming?
