jacob300zx
I talked to a guy yesterday at the midwest z fest. He said you can use a 60's blazer engine mount and a L peice of angle iron. He said "look that is exactly what hooker headers sent me." Is this a true statement? If so what year blazer.

Guest scarab73
hey man, that is the original scarab design! I should know! and yes you still can get the mounts through hooker headers, the only thing you can't get any more is the datsun compatable bellhousing. beware, this kit makes your z nose heavy! Guest scarab73
I did more research and it is form a 1968-72 chevy truck that had 350 ? Off the subject does anyone know of a good donor car in the Texas, Ok, Ar, Tn area? I live in Little Rock Arkansas It doesn't matter if its a 350 or not, every small block chevy from 1958 to somewhere in the ninteys are all the same on the outside. they came in the following sizes: 265 267 283 302 305 307 327 350 400. the scarab kit just uses old truck motor mounts that you can pick up at any auto parts store.
