Guest Frostbit
My car is cutting out while driving at steady speed and sometimes while im accelerating. I have done an ECU self-diagnostic test and it read that I had a bad TPS (throttle position sensor) circuit. So I fixed that and now my trouble codes are fine. My vacuum/boost gauge reads no loss in vacuum whenever my car cuts out but my air to fuel gauge will drop completely off the lean side and not even register when this happens. Could I have low fuel pressure and need a fuel pump?? Do I need to replace my IAA and if so whats a for sure way of knowing its bad?? Any feedback is appreciated -Matt
olie05
well I suppose you should start by hooking up a fuel pressure gauge to it, and seeing if it does anything funny. Could be your FPR. Don't forget to check all connections for loose harnesses and such, that goes a long way. I know there are a few z32 people on here that can help more than i can.
